Delete your account
Deleting your account removes it from Quill permanently. There is no undo: once it is done, nothing here can be restored — not by you, and not by us.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and your sign-in — the account itself stops existing.
- Every conversation and message, and anything an assistant remembered about you.
- Files you uploaded, and images or audio generated for you.
- Any documents in your knowledge base, and the search index built from them.
- Assistants you created, and any workflows and teams you own.
- Your credit balance, your subscription record, and your usage history.
What stays, and for how long
Your account and everything above leaves our live systems immediately. Copies can persist for a short time in routine encrypted database backups and in the operational logs we keep for security and troubleshooting, and go as those rotate — we do not restore an account from them. Beyond that we keep only what the law requires of us, and anonymous totals that cannot be traced back to you.
Deleting from the app
- Open Quill and go to the You tab.
- Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
- Confirm twice. You are signed out the moment the account is gone.
